We’re hiring a Delivery Driver!
We’re looking for a Delivery Driver to join our hardworking, fast-paced team. This position requires a high level of physical stamina and the ability to stay organized, efficient, and detail-oriented while ensuring that ice cream deliveries arrive safely and on time.
As a Delivery Driver, you play a vital role in maintaining the quality of our ice cream and ensuring that it reaches our shops in perfect condition. This role involves lifting, carrying, loading, and unloading heavy product, navigating tight schedules, and maintaining organization and safety at all times. To apply for this position, you must have at least a Class 5 Driver’s License in good standing.
Responsibilities:
Follow daily delivery schedules and checklists to ensure efficient and timely deliveries.
Lift and carry heavy pails, trays and boxes (must be able to lift 50lbs+ repetitively).
Ensure the cleanliness and organization of workspaces, freezers, and the delivery van.
Abide by all traffic laws and drive safely at all times.
Handle products with care to prevent damage or melting.
Inspect the delivery van before and after use to ensure safety and cleanliness.
Complete production tasks in kitchen when not driving
Expectations:
Physically demanding role – must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull 50lbs+ regularly.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of time management.
Highly organized and able to maintain clean and efficient workspaces.
