OUR STORY
In 2019, Paula Shyba, Nicole Bhar, and Candyce Morris fulfilled their dream of creating a vibrant neighbourhood ice cream shop in Edmonton with the opening of Kind Ice Cream in Ritchie. Their goal was to create a friendly community-based shop where everyone is welcome to make memories and enjoy delicious ice cream.
Thanks to the support of our community we’ve been able to add shops in the Highlands and Wîhkwêntôwin (formerly Oliver) neighbourhoods, furthering our dream to bring folks together and serve up joy.
